I understand there has been some policy implementations regarding dice shake ups. Can someone tell me how this works? Can players mess with my dice odds during games to hurt my dice rolls during games??? if so, i don't think i'll be keeping on with my membership here.

Players can not change ur dice. That was an April fools joke when they put a fake admin menu on everyone's wall were they could change there luck +\- Don't listen to players that talk about how this site works unless they are admins or former admins bc regular players don't know a damn thing ... Im one of them. Lol

No dice can be manipulated---either by yourself, players, or even Conquer Club Administrators like myself!
