You cant attack them at all, its mainly on the honor system.

but you just cant attack the next person in line.

this sounds super fun in theory... but other tourneys with unusual parameters have failed to live up to the hype. i'll sit this one out, but I may be the first person to sign up for the next one if it goes well and people actually remember what they're supposed to do (or not do).
