Each turn the Master will choose the Map, and will fight each opponents(student) of his group on it (1v1)! (group of 4 players)
If a student loose, he will gain one letter of the word "FIRED"
If a student win, he should become the master for the next round.(If more than one win, the faster to win will become the master(shorter of round and in case of egality the fastest in time.))
If the Master win all his match, a bonus round will come: The learning game! The Master will be in team with the worst of the round against the two other. If The Master gain the learner game one letter is removed from him, but the defeated team gain one letter. If the Master loose only his teammate gain a letter.
After the learner game, the Master is always the Master, but he must choose another MAP. If the Master gain the learning game one letter is removed for him, but the team defeat gain one letter. If the Master loose only his teammate gain a letter.
When one of the group is "FIRED", round is finish and player who aren't FIRED will finish in a terminator game. (defeated gains 1 letter). Winner will advance in the next round
Example: There are 3 players remaining in the group. Player 1 is the Master and has "FIR", Player 2 has "FIRE" and Player 3 has "FIR". The Master has choose the map and settings for this turn, they play this game but Player 2 wins. So Player 1 gain "E" and become "FIRE", as Player 3. Player 2 become the Master, choose a map for a new Terminator Game. Player 3 wins and the two other get "D" and become "FIRED". Player 3 advance to the next round.
In the case of 2 players remaining, Terminator game is only 1v1 game. Example: 2 Remaining Players. Player 1 is the Master and has "FIR", Player 2 has "FI". Player 1 choose the first Map and defeat Player 2. Player 2 gain "R" and become "FIR". Player 1 choose another Map, but this time, he is defeated. Player 1 gain "E" and become "FIRE", and Player 2 become the Master. Player 2 choose a Map and win. Player 1 gain "D" and is "FIRED". Player 2 advance to the next round.
We begin with 4 groups of 4 players (16 players), i will raise this number if enough join.

By faster, do you mean which game finished in a shorter amount of rounds? What if both players defeat the master in the same number of rounds?

I'm not sure what is supposed to happen here. I understand someone gets eliminated and then there are 3 players left for a terminator game. What if two people are defeated at the same time and there are only 2 people left? They can not play a terminator game.
What is "defeat egal".
When you say the winner will advance to the next round, do you mean the winner of the terminator game?
By faster I understand shorter of round and in case of egality the fastest in time.
