“I see it, they have triumphed, they are eliminating the threat to our world as we speak” said the psychic.
“Now to deal with the threat we can reach, YOU, you have been corrupted have you not?” the pshycic said turning to the politician.
“Haha, now that’s strong accusation in my line of work” He replied, avoiding what the accusation was actually referring to, he gleams a smile.
A mysterious man approaches offering help, “I can restrain those who have done wrong, but even I cannot free you from the prison of your mind… this is for the best” he signals his cultists to to away with the psychic, and it is done….
6. new guy1 Role Side B, “Fraudster Psychic”, Special Town Cop has been deadline lynched


He controlled this town, he would soon control the city, and through his subjects he kept gaining power.
The police could not catch him because of one formerly good cop, now on his side exclusively, all the evidence disappeared.
Not that there was much evidence anyways, the neighborhood watch quickly turned into a “big brother is watching you” group, the criminals were not heard form again, but neither was any opposition.
The politician regained his status, and now moves on to higher heights, controlling the inner workings of the city, while the cult flourishes.
Even the insane man finds his place among the cult, finally there are people willing to hear him out, not like the town that didn’t heed his advice before it was too late for them.

Role Side A, The Hunter, Town Tracker
A loner, even by this town’s standards, you feel the most at peace with nothing but nature. So delicate the balance and so thick the silence, you can immediately detect and track any foreign element. But the animals are acting very strange; it wouldn’t take an expert to notice, so you travel back to the town to find what’s wrong. Since you have returned, on some nights you dream of the city, despite the fact you have never been to one.
Abilities: Once Per Night you may Track a player in Town A, finding out who, if anyone they have targeted. In addition, during the day, you may also choose to initiate a switch for the following night, changing your Side A role with your Side B role, allowing you to Track in town B and Steal Votes in A, this change is effective until you tell me to switch back on a following day. You may switch as many times as you want, if both roles are alive.
You win if all threats to Town A are Eliminated
Role Side B, Town Politician
A wheedling and social person, you love the city and all it offers. You worked your way up the political ladder, but became involved in a bribery scandal, now the only position currently in your reach is the representative of the small outskirt town by the city. You won’t let this slip through your grasp though, you are determined to clean this place up and regain your glory. Strangely you have had dreams about a wilderness you are unaccustomed to.
Abilities: Once per night you may send me a name of a Town B player, if successful I will inform you the next day you control their vote, you may then PM me to change their vote at any time. In addition, during the day, you may also choose to initiate a switch for the following night, changing your Side A role with your Side B role, allowing you to Track in town B and Steal Votes in A, this change is effective until you tell me to switch back on a following day. You may switch as many times as you want, if both roles are alive.

2. Rodion

Role Side A, Rancher, Town Roleblocker
A vigilant Rancher, you watch your herd and keep your property safe. Over the years you have developed a bit of a one track mind, you have learned people are a lot like animals, sometimes you need to show a little force and tie them up so they stay out of trouble.
Abilities: Once per night you may block a player on Side A, canceling their action for the night.
If either of your sides dies, your minds will fuse, allowing you a choice to either Watch or block once per night in the thread you are still alive in.
You win if all threats to town A are eliminated
Role Side B, Neighborhood Watch, Town Watcher
A vigilant Citizen, you watch your town and keep your property safe. Over the years you have developed a bit of a one track mind, you have learned people are a lot like animals, they need to be watched constantly or they will start trouble.
Abilities: Once per night you may choose a player in Town B to watch, you will see anyone who targets them.
If either of your sides dies, your minds will fuse, allowing you a choice to either Watch or block once per night in the thread you are still alive in.

Ability: Once per night you may choose someone to protect in town A, if they are killed you will die in their place.
You win if all threats to town A are eliminated
Role Side B, Cowardly Town Commuter
You are a shy commuter who keeps out of trouble, you don’t like violence, and wish the world was a better place, but you don’t really have any initiative to put yourself in the line of fire if it comes down to it.
Ability: during the nights you may choose to commute, negating all actions targeting you, you may not commute on two consecutive nights.
You win if all threat to town B are eliminated

4. soundman

Role Side A, The Town Doctor
The doctor at a local clinic, you are very accomplished and always stay cool under pressure, this has stayed with you from you training during your army days as a field surgeon, and even under fire your nerves of steel kept you calm and helped save every patient possible.
Abilities: Once per night you may target someone, if this person is attacked you will save them.
If your role B dies some stress might hit you….
You win when all threats to town A are eliminated
Role Side B, Paranoid Gun Owner
An ex-army Surgeon, you have snapped under the pressure, you are constantly convinced something lurks just around the corner… You carry your gun close at all times, looking into the shadows, listening for the day the enemy returns.
Abilities: you automatically kill anyone who targets you at night, regardless of their intent.
If your role A dies you may gain some clarity….
You win when all threat to town B are eliminated

Blessed with a golden tongue, you use your charisma to help others help themselves. One of the few people with a “modern” occupation, the most popular treatment you offer is a deep hypnosis that lets people walk in each other’s shoes, by understanding what someone else goes through brings a deeper understanding and an inner peace, but even you couldn’t understand what side effects this may bring at night…
Ability: once per night you may tell me the names of two Side A players, they will be switched for the night, all actions targeting one will target the other instead.
You win if all threats to town A are eliminated
Role Side B, Cult Leader
Blessed with a golden tongue, you use you charisma to help yourself to other’s belongings. Your main goal is to take over the whole town, influencing everyone you know into your loyal minion.
Ability: once per night you may target someone on Side B, if successful I will tell you the following morning they are part of your cult and you may talk with them during the night. DO NOT REVEAL YOUR ROLE A TO THEM
You win if Cult outnumbers Town B and eliminates all other threats

Secret note: The bus driver’s hypnosis is actually so powerful that it transcends dimensions, if both targets also have a living “Side B” the 1st player’s “A” will be driven with the 2nd player’s “B” and the first player’s “B” will be switched with the second’s “A”. If either has no “B” the drive works as usual.

Role Side A, Snake Oil Salesman, Town Hider
You are a bit of a cheat, you sell iffy goods and tricky scams to people, but you are rather good at what you do, allowing you to easily get into people’s good graces before earning their rage. Many want you dead, so you know how to hide, you pick out a patsy and avoid the heat yourself.
Abilities: once per night you may choose to send me a name, if you are targeted to be killed it will fail, if the person you are hiding behind is targeted, you both die.
You win if all threats to town A are eliminated

Role Side B, “Fraudster Psychic”, Special Town Cop
Everyone thinks you are a liar, you can sense the otherworldly, but unfortunately you are very much in this world, you wished all your life to meet someone who understands the plight you go through, but unfortunately no such person exists in this world. Fortunately there is one from another world…

Role Side A, the Don AKA “Mr. Nice Guy”, Mafia Godfather
The Ringleader of the local Mafia, you’ve always been a tough sort, a bully with no subtlety you’ve always wanted more. People respect you or they end up having “accidents”. The mobsters ironically refer to you as Mr. Nice Guy.
One day you went too far and got caught. Throughout the trial you looked out to a jury of those you had wronged in the past, pure hate in their eyes, and a smug disposition of seeing you get your just desserts, the people clamored and the jailors spoke of how they looked forward to hearing your neck snap the same way on the gallows.
The final day quickly came; the foreman read the verdict, by a unanimous decision “Not Guilty”.
The town welcomes you back with open arms and genuine smiles, something is very wrong…
Abilities: You come up as town if investigated, once per night you may send me a Mafia member of your choice to kill someone. You may communicate at night with the other mafia members. DO NOT REVEAL YOUR ROLE B TO THEM

You’ve always been a nice enough guy, but one night that changed, you went to the bar after a long day and ordered the usual, but for some reason the bartender thought you were robbing him! People run and whisper amongst themselves as you walk down the street and your friend grovel and plead for their lives when you visit them. Something is odd…
Abilities: You incorrectly come up Mafia upon investigation, unless your Role A dies in which case you lose your Evil Aura.
You win when all threats to Town B are eliminated

You live a cursed life, you have always failed at everything you have attempted and now live in squalor, you are riddled with diseases and drink to forget how miserable you are. It’s as though all your good luck vanished the day you were born.
Abilities: You have no abilities. But if your Side A dies you will become unlynchable, and thus unable to fulfill your original goal.
You are a jester, and will win if you are lynched, but not if you are killed by any other means.

To Clarify, your side A side wins by killing everyone in the opposite thread and visa versa, if both of your roles are alive you get two kills to use in either thread, or one in each, you do not need to kill the other “You” to win, but something may happen if one of two of “You” succeeds before the other.

Meh, at least every single person I was chasing after was cult. Apathy is a deathwish I guess. Had you pegged for cult leader Rodion, ashamed of myself that I missed Pancake. Anyhow, gg. I think cults hurt activity.

Good game. I meant to jump on newguy at the end of the day, but RL got in the way and I couldn't get back to a PC in time. Glad the rest of the cult had the same idea.

N2 in Side A really killed us. I screwed up by accidentally trying to start a wagon on the SK, and safari's guilty result put the nail in the coffin.

/, I really enjoyed this concept, and I hope you do something similar in the future.

I still don't understand why VS said his B Side was roleblocked N2. When talking during N3 he said he REALLY was roleblocked.

I think Newguy's special cop role was overpowered as there was nothing mafia A players could have done about it (they couldn't crosskill nor crossblock him) but other than that I have no complaints. Now that I think of it, I don't think I've ever seen trackers knowing who their roleblocked targets visited.

I thoroughly enjoyed /'s originality (it seems his games always innovate) in making Two Sides. I had a lot of fun trying to piece together how they connected for each individual player. Great job, Slash!

Last time I recruited Rodion, it didn't end with hims alive the next day. I'm glad we actually got to scheme together this time.

honestly i was debating once a cult was found to just say i was cult and tell all culties to vote but i didnt know if it was legal

honestly i was debating once a cult was found to just say i was cult and tell all culties to vote but i didnt know if it was legal
I was debating the same thing. I knew it was legal, but didn't think of trying it until Thursday. I was afraid it as too late and would backfire, and knew we would win after recruiting soundman anyway.

No, not illegal. I was just concerned about something I couldn't plan for, like a daykill. At the end, I figured they'd pin leader on Rodion anyway.

well if you thought about it there were five of us and five of them one was crazy whos vote i controled we could have just outvoted them

What he's saying is that one of them could have had a strange ability which allowed them to kill during the day or end the day early without a lynch. It wasn't worth the risk.

Yeah! I had Rodion found out Night 2 by confirming his third party alignment with my Town Special Cop role. PCM and Rodion made a good decision recruiting me, as I was about to slam Rodion.
