You choose all maps / players. Rosters are for if you've missed deadlines and random players from roster will be used on random maps.

As further incentive to any other clans interested in joining the ICL:

I'm here to announce the MEDALS approved!

All Division Winners will get a medal.
Conference Champions will get a medal + a special mention of the achievement.
Each Conference will have an MVP medal.

All Star Game will have an MVP medal.

Playoff Winner will receive a medal.
Playoffs will have an overall MVP medal.
Playoffs FINAL will have an MVP medal.

Notes: All MVP Medals will be selected by the TO's and subject to the approval of the CDs.
In order to receive a medal (at any phase) players must reach the minimum game requirements TBD by the CDs.

I'm assuming that they will not just allow us to pick our favorites, so yes .
What those method(s) are yet, are TBD. However I'm sure they will be based on criteria developed internally prior to them needing to be decided upon. Perhaps grading sheets, perhaps win %, perhaps combinations there of....that remains to be seen but it will go through our group and thru CD's for approval. We will provide them with our reasons for selections.
