It is currently round 24.
After round 7, they didn't attack each other even though they are on the hottest border between Asia and Europe - and they became the biggest 2 armies.
(Only in round 19, one of them attacked the other in minor none-bonus areas).
With their combined large reinforcements, they attacked the other players and they were all eliminated (I'm the last survivor). This has been unfair to a several players.
