Sort My Games By Ready Turns

For thos of us with way too many games going, it sure would be nice (in my humble opinion) to have a section with games where your turn is ready and a section where it is not (similar to how lackattack org'd the private / nonprivate games).

Seem to spend an inordinate amount of time scrolling thru the games looking for little green dots....

my 2 cents...broke again.

is it possible to have MY GAMES seperated into two catagories for us addicts "freestyle" & "sequential" i play alot of games - finished 142 but i spend most of my time looking thru my list of games looking for my turn i'd like to find the rush one's first then look at the ones i can take my time with -- i know this is my problem for being in so many at a time but if you get to a freestyle just a little late it can cost the game - but maybe i'm not the only addict w/ this problem or maybe a button that when you hit it brings a list of games w/ your turn (green) up at the beginning and waiting turn at the bottom and for those who forget to end the yellow button in the middle

Wacicha: You really should take up something more productive than putting your lifes marbles into Freestyle Risk. Maybe take up Juggling Ben Wa Balls?

now if i remember my ball catagories you don't juggle ben wah balls thier i used for strengthning certain muscles of the female type. but i spend a lot of time on my computers. i own 1 online casino & pokerroom and i online straight poker room and i help my son on his company when needed to answer phones and sit at a computer online playing risk and cards at the same time - is easy. so sometimes rather than wait 24hrs for a turn i play freestyle and watch for my next move

Gawd, what a sweet life you got, wacicha. I'm all jealous.

Also, I support this idea. Old games might as well be moved onto a separate page; the way they currently are they aren't very useful and you have to go to your profile anyway. I'd find a separation between freestyle and sequential games very visually useful.

Hi, Great game, paid up my membership after the first 30 minutes of playing....

Worth every penny.......

My suggestions, as the title say's, is a link or something to sort out the games in "MY Games", so all the games that are "ready to play" at the top.

I don't know about the rest of you guys and girls, but i has a hell of a time finding a game that i can play a turn in....might be because i'm playing 20 games at a time tho...

So tha't my little suggestion, and it's been at least 5 minutes so i better check to see if i have any turns ready.....CHARGE!!!!!!!!

I think we should be able to sort the games by their status.

Sort by ready to play, playing, waiting to play.

That way you can see all your ready to play games at the top of the screen without having to scroll and look for them.

This basically applies to premium members only.

In the My Games Menu, Is there or can there be a way to sort games by if its your turn or not? Ie, If its your turn, it would be bumped to the top of the list?

If you have multiple games being your turn, maybe having the one with the turn closest to expiring to the top?

Has this been brought up? I did a quick search and didn't find anything

It has been brought up in the distant past (by me)...it is an excellent idea for those few of us with too many games going....obviously a premium membership benefit thing....

would love to see it happen....obviously it would do no good for me in the game where Mr-T just axed me however...grrr....

Yeah, I'm thinking like....

Games inwhich its your turn
Games inwhich its not your turn
Games inwhich you have been eliminiated

And in each of those listings, have them sorted again by the amount of time left in the round.

This would benefit the premies that have a lot of games open at once.

PS, Kool, its all good, how about a doubles match sometime?

hey lack.. first off.. great job on the site... i joined the conquerclub addicts anonymous club just earlier... lol anyways... i dont know if it would be possible or even worthwhile... but is there anyway that instead of having your games shown by game number under my games, to have it show the games that you can play your turn right now if you wanted....i find as im sure other premium members with multiple games as well are spending a lot of time refreshing.. and refreshing their list to see if they can play....i was just wondering or possibly suggesting to have it show those games at the top so we dont have to spend as much time scrolling down the 10-20 sometimes 50 games lol.....if not.. no big deal.. just thought id ask... thanks again for the great job.. keep it up..

just had another thought for an improvement. probably been mentioned loads before though.
it would be great to see the games list 'sortable'. Especially by time left before your turn expires.
Us premiums seem to play a lot of games at once and its gets tricky to keep track of which games need to played before your 24hrs is up especially if we dont have time to be sat at the comp. all the time.

what do you think?

Just to suggest something related to this idea.

There's lots of suggestions for sort things based on various criteria. It's possible to make tables sortable dynamically useing javascript on existing HTML tables, rather than having to write loads of extra PHP code for it:

There's some great unobtrusive javascripts that make tables sortable in a nice degradable way. Here's a few that are decent and would be quite easy to implement, and don't require lots of crappy javascript in the HTML.

Sorting the My Games Page:
Concise Idea

Make the My Games page sortable by the headings, specifically by games that it is/isn't your go in.

Suggestion Idea:

Specifics: The My Games page should be made sortable rather than just always being ordered by game number. You should be able to sort the page by other factors as well, for my preferences it would be by who's turn it is.

Why it is needed: I'm involved in something like 30 or so games just now, and rather than having to scroll down the whole page to see if it is my go in any, it would be good if the games could be sorted by who's go it is, so that when I go to the page all the games in which it is my go would be at the top of the list of games.

Priority** (1-5): 3. Not a critical suggestion, but something that I think would make life easier for a lot of people!!

**Note**
1 = Bottom of 'To Do' list
5 = Urgent, implement with next update
