I'm not sure if this is 1 player multi accounting or if secret diplomacy is being conducted, but I have never seen such blatant collusion in a game. The game is current and as you can see, there is no open diplomacy in the game chat.
alibi15 has 20 of his 31 troops on the border of romax1924's continent. romax1924 is getting the 2nd biggest bonus in the game and is 1 of the top 3 players currently. romax1924 is using the troops that he should be using to protect that border to attack me in the south.
in addition to this benefit to romax1924, alibi15's troops are serving to protect romax1924's undefended flank from the red player. basically, alibi15 is doing nothing to advance his position in the game and is permitting romax1924 to divert more troops than he should be able to divert via un undefended border and with no open treaty in game chat.
