Zimmah how else can I debate the cases against me except "If I were scum" arguments.

I tried saying it was a joke PM
I tried again saying it was a joke and I was drunk
I tried explaining the process from A -> Z
I tried to explain my motive
I tried to explain why this would NOT be my motive if I was scum

I have no info on any other players
There are no other cases
I can't build any other cases when any case on me will seem OMGUS
It would be scummy for me to suggest pressuring an inactive

I don't see anything else I can possibly do to defend myself, other than giving my activity

As I said before, with this setup lynches are going to be near random the first few days, and you called yourself a villager over a VT as the roles said. I would say that alone would be enough to justify a D1 lynch.

Well, obviously not every player has been has been supporting the case against you (or you would be lynched already). So, a case against one of the other players couldn't really be called OMGUS. Of course, making a case against someone that you don't actually find scummy for the sake of simply having a case that is not about you would be scummy itself. So, I guess my question here is can you give us a quick rundown of what your current thoughts are on the various players?

I thought I pretty much responded to your rebuttals. What else do you want to know? Also, note some of my responses to your rebuttals were that you made good points. If you have any specific rebuttals that you did not think that I addressed, then let me know.

I have a feeling that you will fall back on the strong points of your argument and I will be left with nothing more than "Good point." I don't have some absolute goal to lynch you here. I just think that you are acting the most like scum out of anyone here. Even after you came under suspicion (after the whole PM thing). If 4 other people thinks it's worth the risk that you might be town to lynch you then I won't be upset. As someone pointed out: This is D1. You've provided us with the strongest case. It's not airtight, but I think it's stronger than a lot of other D1 cases that could have been presented (again based a lot on the responses to suspicion in addition to the initial suspicious act).

Just to be clear ... We are positive that Zimmah is doc, right? I asked this earlier and haven't heard anything. I believe the only one who hadn't really spoken up at that point was Soundman. (Repeating what I said before) The way I see it, it would be a horrible strategy for a mafia to claim doc in order to draw the cop out (via PM) or the real doc (via claim). I'm 95% sure of this, but just would like someone to ease that last 5% of worry.

BTW, should we make sure Soundman is still in this game?

What I am saying is, its impossible to find scum since the only case is against me today. I think scum is probably on this wagon, but its probably OMGUS biased. Ill check this afternoon and see what I can find. I think accusing the people voting for me will only dig my grave deeper, if its not already too deep.

I feel like I am pretty much past the point of no return, players have responded to my posts and not one even suggested agreeing with me partially or seem remotely interested in shifting the focus today. So I will accept my hanging peacefully. What a discouraging thought, I was really excited about this game, can't believe I went down in flames this badly.

Ill try to make a last words suspect list, but I doubt it will be much use.

Ill brainstorm ideas we can use the PM system before I die, if its 100% sure I will get lynched. Interesting thoughts while making this post.

Well, this is a pretty flimsy argument to make in my opinion. The answer depends on a myriad of factors, and isn't always yes. If you are scum, then who your partner is has a big impact on what sort of response they would give.Some people would try to defend you in some ways, while other players would fear publicly supporting you. That said, who is to say that your hypothetical partner hasn't tried to support you? Let's take a look. The general vibe that I have seen is that Edoc'sil, Zimmah, Dazza, and Agentcom are mostly in favor of your lynch. I would characterize my attitude toward the case on your as indecisive, but I certainly haven't said anything that really helps you out in any significant way. Ghostly could fit a the bill as being someone "on your side." None of his posts have contained any evidence that he is in favor of lynching you. This bit here could be interpreted as a sort of defense of you.

It makes you think he is scum because he is claiming townie? Even the cop would call townie in this game due to us not wanting to have him claim.

Here he criticized Dazza's vote for, which (I think) was based off the wording in your response to his query if your were a villager.
Soundman hasn't even posted since the case against you got moving, so we can't tell what he would have done had he showed up.

MoB i know the feeling, i have been lynched for the wrong reasons countless times and it sucks. i don't think i even have my vote on you atm though, and i am willing to look for other cases, but noone is presenting any. so just give us a rundown on your opinion on everyone/most of the players, and maybe we can work something out.

but if the deadline is comming closer and we don't have any other case by then, i'd prefer lynching you then lynching no-one.

My point I was going to make is that what if one of you people over here running around with your head chopped off axises out cop and makes a huge case against him? Zimmah cannot say he is a doctor but any smart Mafia would realize he had taken his side. That said you have to pressure to get a case but what if we forced it too far and forced our cop to claim?

First off I like to say that this wagon against Mob is a bunch of BS. Day PMs, how cool is that? I don't blame him at all for wanting to try it out. I was even going to try it but couldn't think of anything funny to say.

Edocsil - Don't know if hes scum, I see his reasons for voting me.
Agentcom - He is too new, and like he said I was his first case, so there's not much to go on. I would say keep him participating to get solid stances on different cases.
Spiesr - He talks the same in every game whether he is scum or town. He does a very good job of being unreadable until later in games.

Ghostly447 - Scummiest I think. I feel like he's all over the map. Might be partially because he is new....
Dazza2008 - He also plays the same way consistently regardless of role. I would say do your best to get him to make bigger posts

I don't skim. Ever. I read everything Mob and the rest of you wrote. Since the mod uses both "Villager" and "Vanilla Townie" I don't see anything scummy about someone using one or the other.
