Wow, sice Billy was arrested, everyone is acting a lot meaner. Police chief wiggum(as we call him) has a bad attitude every morning and it doesnt help when the intern doesnt get his doughnut order right. All cuz of corruption, I knew it. Money changes everyone.

Ok listen up inspectors, I'm going to keep this brief and simple. I've got a warrant from city hall for the arrest of one 'ranck3', it's a section.114 'intent to assemble an unauthorised firearm' charge. I want the perp brought in by the end of the day, easy on the beats; city hall is all over my ass on this one.
Now get out on the streets, and don't come back till you've got some leads or some perps. Scram!
