I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
You know, the owner of this site.
Addressing a lot of what has gone on here would be nice. There are a lot of unhappy people here.
Please keep all trolling/flaming/baiting out of this thread.

Re: I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
Im sure he does read them. Im just pretty sure that about 99% of the threads would not be a good use of his time. The best bet would be to reach out to Andy if you really want to make any progress... AND NOT WRITING DEMANDS IN ALL CAPS WOULD BE A GOOD STEP TOO.Master Bush wrote:He used to. Maybe that's why this place has all gone pear shaped.shanksdigs wrote:Does the owner read these message? I would hardly call it a demand. More of a request.

I'd like to hear this from him;clapper011 wrote:what exactly would you like to hear from him about?
How often he reads the general discussion and the C&A forums?
What are his thoughts on the Blitz and Masi cheating methods?
Does he think farming is just a small problem, that isn't worth spending any time fixing?
If he could pluck any CC player out of their current job and employ them to work for CC as his second in command, who would he chose?

Re: I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
well some simple ?'s for him.
does he feel that after the last couple of outbursts by king achilles in some of the latest threads are justified. the way he has spoke to paying customers. (maybe king a is overworked) ????
does he feel it is a good idea having admin members that don't even play the game is a good idea... how can they understand what the customer is saying if they are not interested in this game ??
andy duf. game stats
785 completed, 317 (40%) won this is in 6 years on site.
king achilles
Games: 265 completed, 82 (31%) won this is in 5 years on site.
is this site lacks main income or is it just a bit on the side ??
if this is his main income with several of the veterans of the site refusing to renew there premium and new members getting picked on by players like glg does he not feel it is time to start reading and talking it over with us (instead of banning people for being pissed off about it. maybe coming to a set of site rules the players want. at the end of it the site is run by us (most mods are players doing a bit extra for nothing) ???

Re: I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
agree with pedro on this... most specifically the recent cheating scandal involving Masli and eye84free, and how it wasn't really handled at all, but swept under the carpet. i'd love to hear about the blitz debacle and his feelings on that... and just in general how he feels the health of the site is. the forums have been upside down for awhile, and as usual the solution seems to be "ban those that dare to question us or speak out", but it isn't working. i love this site, and it is sad to see the current state of affairs...-el Jesus negroPedronicus wrote:I'd like to hear this from him;clapper011 wrote:what exactly would you like to hear from him about?

I mean.. I've got to ask. Why the ALL CAPS TITLE? Did you really, genuinely not realize that this will do nothing but further annoy the mods/admins, and make them less receptive to your message?
I'm struggling with this one.

Then maybe the time for ignorance has passed. Owen conduct the poll most will look to see what it is about if it has your name on it. MB no offense but they would just consider it a possible flame if you did it and it would die quick

More importantly, why would people voluntarily visit this site (or even pay to do so) if it makes them unhappy?White Buffalo wrote:Have you thought of conducting a poll. First to find how many members are happy and how many are not.Master Bush wrote:There are a lot of unhappy people here.

And it probably depends on whether by 'members' you mean those who just play the game or those who frequent the forums as well.

Re: I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
Gypsy is right my clan has more than 20 members, There are only a couple of us that have posted more than a few times, leaving about 90% of just my clan who only play the game and would have little or no idea about what is said and done in the forums. And a poll of them who the current conqueror is would probably produce maybe 50% would know or care. So the poll would have to be for those that use the forum, Ergo not a very large part of the CC world at all. In that light of course Lack doesnt have to worry, because most of his customers dont visit the forums, and the only worry they have then is if the site will still be here tomorrow. Alot of clans, but very few dedicated clans supporting the forums. Yes there are A few that most of their members are here daily. But even then in the overall numbers its still a small part of the CC world. And I dont know about the rest of you but I havent encouraged my clan to back any of my personal opinions, views, likes or dislikes. So in order for change to come about, a way has to be introduced that will bring the majority of CC players here to voice their opinions.

Re: I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM LACKATTACK
yeah... it is past the point of pointing at those of us that have concerns/issues with the moderation/cheating, etc going on around here and declaring we are trouble makers and conspiracy theorist. this shit is straight up spinning out of control. whoever has their hands on the controls has no idea which way this thing is headed or which way is up. it is easy to point at a few of us and declare us trouble makers and ban us and to let the uproar die down. but when you ban someone over a VALID OPINION about a loophole being used to race up the scoreboard and hold the conqueror title and slap Hunters on the wrist for obvious/blatant cheating, something is seriously wrong. why are words that call the admins/mods out treated more harshly than actual cheating around here? why is it possible to ban people for "unwritten rules" in the forums (over-reporting posts, etc...), but not possible to ban them for "unwritten rules" in gaming violations?! come on, do you really think people find your excuse that the hunters didn't know joining games with multis and then kicking them for points was wrong because it wasn't in the written rules?" i want someone to explain to me how COF's posts were more detrimental to the site than Blitz's cheating, the Hunter's cheating and the current point farming method being used by the sitting Conqueror. Just explain to me how what he said is worse than any ONE of those, and i'll shut up. you can't. period. this place is out of control and the admins have lost the trust of the active forum community.-el Jesus negroLindax wrote:I would also address my customers' concerns and let them know I'm listening.Lindax wrote:Can't help but wonder if admin has lost control.
