My first tournament will have 145 players and 4 rounds. The winner of each games to the next round.There are 4 reserves. Im using invites so that if you do not join by the time your invite expires you forfeit out of the tourney. Highest Rank gets the first round bye

I think you need to use invites and put a rule in that if you do not join by the time your invite expires you forfeit out of the tourney--with freestyle there is an advantage to joining last and this takes care of any players not joining on time

In freestyle manual, that advantage is quadrupled, I'll join if you make a rule or change it to standard, otherwise I'm out.

Also, if you're kicking a player out for not showing up after 1 invitation, in the first round of the tournament you will have to find a reserve player if it happens. Otherwise you would not have 16 tournament players participating.
