Points from each round will be carried over to the next round.
Round 1
12 groups of 6 players will each play the 8 maps beginning with the letter I: Iberia Iceland Imperium Romanum Indian Empire Indochina Ireland Italy Istanbul
The two players with the most points in each group will go through to Round 2.
Round 2
Each group in this round will consist of three Round 1 group-winners and three Round 1 group-runners-up. Players will not be in the same group as any players from their Round 1 group.
4 groups of 6 players will each play the 6 maps beginning with the letter G: Germany Gilgamesh Golfe Du Saint-Laurent Great Lakes Greater China Greenland
The top player from each group will go through to the Final Round. The 2 players with the most points out of all the groups that didn't win their group will also go through.
Final Round
1 group of 6 players will play the 3 maps beginning with the letter K twice: King of the Mountains King's Court Kingdom of Denmark
The player with the highest total points at the end of the round will be declared the winner!
If there is a tie to go through in Round 1, the player with the most wins will go through. If players are still tied, the number of 2nd-place finishes will determine who goes through. If players' results are exactly the same, the tied players will play the 8 maps again; I will publish scoring details if this happens.
If there is a tie to go through in Round 2, the player who scored the most points in Round 2 alone will go through. Failing that, the tie-break rules from Round 1 will apply.
I will use the invite method to send out games. Players will have a maximum of 3 invites in which to join their games. Any drop-outs in Round 1 will be replaced by a reserve; any drop-outs in subsequent rounds will be replaced by the next highest-scoring player.
Whilst sticking to the rules outlined above, group assignments will be determined by random.org. That is to say that I will use random.org to assign all the Group 1 winners to their groups, then do the same with all the runners-up. If any runners-up are placed in the same group as their winner from Round 1, I will use random.org to re-order the list.
If a game ends due to reaching the round limit, only the number of troops will be used to determine the order of the players. If there is a tie, the players will share the points equally; for example two players tied for 2nd place would receive 4 points each, instead of 5 and 3.

Important Tournament Notice
The data for ALL of my tournaments has potentially been lost. I am working to recover it but as I am away on business all of this week, there will be some delay. Sincere apologies.
