Resize the login-form when logged off in the Forum.

Concise description:
When you are logged off in the forums, make the login form the same as on other pages of CC. They aren't right now.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
The website would stop killing my eyes when I end up on the Forum logged off. It's ugly like this, and not very professional.
