Minimum points amount when you win

When you lose against a cook you can lose as much as 100 points. The multiplier is 5 (because normal points transfer is 20). However, when you win against a cook you can get as much as 3 points only (proof - Game 8894538). If we are to follow the pattern there should be a minimum boundary as well, at least 4 points.

What do you think?

i think it just would encourage playing weaker players for points. i don't think it's necessary

I agree with this. However, I doubt that it comes up often. I guess it would have a chance of coming just as often as losing 100 though. I am in favor, it's just the reciprocal of what is already happening with the maximum points allowed. It's fair.
