Fix small Start game glitch

Concise description:
Make it so that only open games show when you create an identical game
Specifics/Details:
When you start a game only games that are actually open and public will show and ask if you wish to join them or really want to start a new game. (right now, they all show).

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
It is nice that other games appear for you to join when you start a game and there are others already existing and open. However, when all the existing games are closed -- either private or reserved, then having them pop up and having to press the "no I really want to create a new game" button just becomes annoying. This is particular true if, like me, you like to play the same basic style and keep seeing the same map every time you start a game until its filled.

Seems just a small fix to correct this.

No, that won' work. NOT talking about search, I mean when you begin games.

When you begin a game and there is another similar games till pending, it shows up on a screen that gives you the option of joining (one of those) game(s) or beginning a new one. It is a way to encourage people to join games already existing and not a bad idea. (try it, try starting a game identical to one already existing, but filled... you will see what I mean).

HOWEVER, when all the existing games are not really open, it becomes a small annoyance. Not a big deal, sure, but something so easy to fix and that just plain serves no real purpose.
