does it really matter about freedom of speech when you guys are owned by England ?

G*D save the Queen...

is it true that Ireland is a third world country or can we call it a welfare state??

doesn't really matter because. i just get pleasure from pissing u off. and, btw just so you know. you're on alot of peoples ignore list.. why is that?

i don't have a holier than thou attitude. I don't judge people on their rank or point or anything else as far as i am concerned everyone there shouldn't be exclusions this site WAS about having fun.

Owned by england? Not for the last 50 years.

Well, technically, Ireland is one of scabbiest countries in the world, claiming 88 billion euro's of "grants" from the EU. Thank god i'm not irish!

oh & btw.. it was money i inherited that i gave away. you should read the post regarding why giving prem was not intended to impress anyone.

i am not a rich person by any means however, i was willing to dig deep just for you even if i had to max out my credit card.

You're right I don't know you, except I remember you were one of the people who championed Dug after he was caught cheating and bemoaned his punishment as unfair. To my mind that makes you part of the problem not part of the solution.

this site is about having fun, and I play every kind of game there is. Except assasin....except for the one I just took some of lack's points on again...lol....

but back to my point.... the super elite games and colonel games and elite, arent about exclusions....they are about inclusions....when Master chief pmed me about the colonel games...I was barely playing any games....I was sick of ridiculous play in games....outright cheating, cheating allegations everytime someone got attacked....getting negative feedback for having a name that began with A, or even just fighting between two other players over ridiculous things in the game....

When we started playing the colonel games....the drama went away instantly... and every player in there is a great player, so the strategies had to become intricate, and subtle, and you never knew who was going to do what and what was going on....you can believe if you want that we are all afraid to lose 50 points on the off chance of winning 8, which really isnt any fun....but the real reason, and I know this from the chats in the games, is the colonels, and good players just love playing together....

any player that gets to 2000 can play in colonels games...any player who gets to 1600 can play elite games....and super elite is more selective, but it is designed to keep the games fun

these are all the players that are great at the game, typically play them with great attitudes, and chat randomly as they demolish each other and plot to do so.

So to anyone who think these are cowardly, and not just a choice to play the game and have fun....all I can say is you dont know what you are missing....

I myself dont care what score I have, or what kind of picture I have next to my name....what I care about is the higher my score....the easier it is for me to play the best players and really have some fun....

these games are not exclusive to anyone...any player can join them....they thrive on new players, not exclusivity....all each group of games ask, is that you prove that you will actually make the games fun, which as you said Roger, is what the game is all about.

and dont make fun of my lazy leprechaun-lovin loafers....its just mean

im not sure its obvious...but I didnt take offense to it....and the point of my post is more to show you that the reason for the games isnt as cut and dry as it may seem....I know you make this place better...and more importantly put your money where your mouth is, which is the true test...but there are so many complaints about high ranks playing only high ranks, and invariably the points are the assumed reason...I just wanted to point out the points are only part of it....

also, I have suggested a no point arena, to allow all of us to play each other without any points on the line...just good clean fun....Personally, I think tourneys should be settup this way, because the points interfere with some of the tourneys objectives....but perhaps in the future something like this will exist...

spoken like the next poster child for the not-so-super elite clan. you do realize AA that you'll have to leave xi if/when you ever make it in. can't be in 2 clans at once, and as AndrewB said in another thread, the "super elite" is indeed a clan. try not to cry too much.

Are you sure the SE are a clan wicked? I checked, and theres a couple of dragoon members in the SE.

Yep, they're not supposed to. The SE aren't listed in the usergroups section either. Can lack or mods grant groups that aren't clans hidden forums?

Probably only b/c of no new clans until the new format rule that's been in place for quite awhile. They probably have an off-site forum like most other clans have done during this time. But yes, I believe there's an option to hide your clan in the usergroups.
