Clarification: Is a dollar gained and lost on every match or just if the challenger wins?

Any match you are in you will gain or lose a dollar.

Example 1: ChapCrap challenges IcePack. IcePack wins. IcePack takes $1 from ChapCrap.
Example 2: IcePack challenges ChapCrap. IcePack Wins. IcePack takes $1 from ChapCrap.

This is the reason you can only have the # of active games equal to your $, and why you can't challenge someone if they have 1:1 ratio of games and lunch money.
