Western Sahara is tough. If I include all that territory I'm really gonna tax my size and space constraints. Also, no offense to Western Saharans but there's not much there really. Its pretty sparsely populated and the physical geography is lacking a bit.

I say then use that and reflect it in gameplay. In my mind at least, I always think of one when I think of the other. You can't very well have Morocco without Western Sahara! I say go for it.
