2 Great Map Ideas, need help!

Hey guys, I'm looking for some one to implement my 2 map ideas and create a map out of it, I need some one who knows how to make a CC map or who is willing to learn how to!

1- Soccer
2- Racing

They can't be stolen because you can't own an idea. If you want to make a map about soccer or racing (both of which have been tried several times) you can do it... and if someone else wants to make a map about soccer racing they can also do it. You can't call dibs on ideas here. It's up to you to put the most work & effort into making your idea a reality.
