Okhotsk is a sea at the eastern end of Russia and north of Japan. Since Kamchatka turned out to be just a little peninsula, I looked on the map for something larger in the area to name the territory after, and there it was.
In fact, I should think about a background. It might compromise the papery crayon drawing theme, though. Hmm.
