Re: GAME 10,000,000
Battle roayls sound fun. One on Lunar War would be cool, althought it would not be very fair for a few players unless the rockets didn't reset back to neutral. so on second thought it would probably not be the best map... the pacman map would be suitable though. has lots of territs.

What, you planning on quitting soon? I know my membership is good for at least another eight months.shieldgenerator7 wrote:That would be insane! I'm totally in favour of a Casual Battle Royale. When this subject was raised all kinds of people screamed, "But it would take months!" Yeah, so what? There are games that have been going for years. If anything deserves to take years, it's certainly a milestone game like this.

I have no intention of subjecting myself to Twaddle or Pukebook, so I hope that we can manage to do something basic like releasing a password in-house. Why do we do so much promotion for them anyway? Don't they make enough money?squishyg wrote:passwords for battle royales (as well as other neat CC info) are also announced on Twitter and Facebook, so make sure you follow @ConquerClub! Links are in my sig.
And since obviously there will be more people wanting in to this game than there are spots available, there should probably be a contest of some kind to get in, rather than just rely on on the blind luck of who spots the password first.

Btw, you really need to get in the habit of not triple-posting outside our dispatch forums where I can cleanup after you

Plus it's unfair that long time members can't play a Battle Royale just because they can't stand next to the computer 24 hours a day.Dukasaur wrote:What, you planning on quitting soon? Game 10 000 000 is coming up soon! Does the community have any special plans for that game? A battle Royal or something like that?

Sounds like Hive could be the map then! It's good for everyone involved to use a map like Hive since it contains 3 times as many territs as the other really big maps. 3 times the territs means 3 times the playersAndyDufresne wrote:Any neutral issue will be fixed for Battle Royales in 2011.

Where would we be most likely to see the announcement?
