The original vampire is dead though, I would think that would be the recruiter if there was one. Though there could be a Dracula character as well I suppose.

Is it possible that the werewolves or another fraction has the ability for a DK, when rereading the day scene Freezie what killed and she was Lycius but Safaria was also killed by being lyncanized. I thought this could have been since he was the one to put the hammer to Freezie but it does not look like he was by counting the votes.

Safari was end gamed presumably because he was a werewolf and. The werewolves died with freezie. It wasn't a day kill thing.

Looks like I missed out on an entire day (almost) and one night. Not much to say about that other than this: I'm serving my purpose regardless. I hope.

Iliad wrote:I'm finding it very strange that a cop got a scum result and we're still a long way away from a lynch. Isn't there supposed to be twenty players or so?

Sorry about that - thankfully the lynch went through anyway.

Not much we didn't already knew was revealed in the scenes (except for the roles of those who died). But I noted this:

1. There is still a Vampire out there.

Commie wrote:I am still missing 2 actions, so I will be nice and I will extend the deadline until tomorrow. Scene WILL be posted tomorrow whether those actions are in or not.

2. We probably don't have a doctor with us anymore. But it could also be the case that one of the missing night actions was one of a doctor. (Commander never said if he received all actions or if he went on without them.) Now that Daze is here (replacement?), it could imply that at least one action was missing.

Commie wrote:Brother Cadfael was feeling very uneasy as yet another night came close to it's conclusion. He had enough evidence to know for sure that he found a very important person... And that he could clear him!

3. If we assume Vio tried to investigate Strikewolf tonight again, the scene reveals that he is not guilty. But I guess we will never know for sure if she did that.

And some more speculation on the scenes:

commie wrote:A shadow was slowly sharpening his knife when he saw a some sort of merchant walking with his target into the merchant's store. Shadow was not amused.
"Again, my friend? I think it's about time when you will stop meddling with others' affairs."

Antonio, Merchant of Venedig? Looks like it could be some sort of protective role.

Ok guys we've had a werewolf faction, a vampire faction, a Mongolian Tribe Leader, and some Knights of Templar. I think there is 1-2 Vampires left. Considering both are like cults, I have a strong feeling that there shouldn't be very many factions left. I mean Commander said this game would be less crazy than his last so I don't really see him putting in 3 cult factions. Besides that would be impossibly hard to balance. Any more would be deadly insane.

Seeing as how this game is stuck in long periods of inactivity....

Vote jeraado

for not really adding anything of value/possibly scummarining.

Also Fircoal didn't mention Saladin's group, which may exist as it does not conveniently fit in a group of Mongolian tribes.

Jeraado was replaced. Not much is known about Saladin yet...I don't know if he fits the flavor of a recruiter though. Of course we haven't really concluded that Ghengis was a recruiter either. As I said earlier, I am not sure whether either potential group is directly opposed to town (scene flavor kind of seems that they might just have a completely separate agenda to help or hinder town). Unfortunately not enouggh is known. It is interesting that after the man (van helsing again it looks like) killed ghengis he was attacked right after just as Ghengis warned.

Due to lacking activity, I am instituting a soft 2 week deadline (July 22nd), but it could be extended if activity will be decent.

The werewolfed doctor was endgamed, so I'm assuming werewolves are gone.

However vampires haven't been endgamed so it stands that there's 1 or 2 left. If the original vampire died, does that mean the vampire faction can longer recruit only night kill? That would make things a lot easier if we had eliminated the two cults at this point, but I wouldn't count on it.

Saladdin and Genghis Khan seem kinda strange and maybe third party. The scene did explicitly say that they needed something. Not too sure what to make of these or the Templars.

who was jerrados replacement? It is not listed unlike the other replacements on page 1.

I would think Vampires only have kill abilities at this point, but that may not coincide with how the werewolves worked. From what I recall it seemed everything passed down to the Son until he was lynched.

Thats actually a good point, I noticed that too but with all the factions I have no idea what exactly it is they are looking for or needing to succeed. My only thought is that's an an item or something that someone has with there PM. That or the recruiting factions need to be wiped out so they are free and clear to assert their will on the rest of the world. There are just so many groups at this point through it makes it hard to narrow it down.

Sorry about inactivity. I have been paying attention to the thread but was rereading (ironically 3 of the people I was looking into have been replaced now and I don't find it fair to try to get replacements to answer for their predecessors mistakes). Respect to commander though for being able to get so many replacements in on an already large game.

Vote gimil

Having nothing at all to add at this point of the game would seem to be a covering tactic at best. Ndrs, who had not posted for quite some time, added some flavor discussion upon a posting return.

With nothing at all to post, my two assumptions would be either that your character has no special ability (which frankly seems unlikely considering we have not really seen any vanilla roles thus far) or your character cannot divluge anything without incriminating yourself. I find the second possiblity reasonable enough to push this line of inquiry.
