It's summertime, and it is hot out there. People all over are looking to cool off and chill out. I figure a nice ice cold tourney would help things nicely. This tourney is fairly straightforward and simple, and is all things icy.
There will be 6 rounds of play, and 36 players needed. Each round is a terminator game. Rounds 1-4 will feature multi-player games where the first player eliminated is out as a victim of severe frostbite as the participants are trekking across icy regions across the globe. Round 5 will feature 6 1vs1 games. Round 6 will be a final 6 player Terminator game where last man standing wins.
All settings for each round will be the same, with the exception of the round 5 games: Terminator Automatic Sequential Escalating Chained Foggy
Player match-ups will be random for each round, so you may play the same folks more than once. There are no seedings. To speed the tourney along, multiple games may be played at once, so premium only.
Our travelers begin by awakening on the Mysterious lands of an Icy Magical area. Locked in this Ice Age the combatants set forth, seeking their portals to the real world. Terminator Map: Age of Realms: Magic 6 games with 6 players 1st person eliminated in each game is out of the tourney, remaining 5 move on. Once all 6 games have at least 1 player eliminated, Round 2 games can commence, since the remainder of game 1 is then just for fun.
Terminator Map: Arctic 6 games of 5 players 1st person eliminated in each game is out of the tourney, remaining 4 move on. Once all 6 games have at least 1 player eliminated, Round 3 games can commence, since the remainder of game 2 is then just for fun.
Terminator Map: Antarctica 6 games of 4 players 1st person eliminated in each game is out of the tourney, remaining 3 move on. Once all 6 games have at least 1 player eliminated, Round 4 games can commence, since the remainder of game 3 is then just for fun.
Terminator Map: Northwest Passage 6 games of 3 players 1st person eliminated in each game is out of the tourney, remaining 2 move on. Once all 6 games have at least 1 player eliminated, Round 5 games can commence, since the remainder of game 4 is then just for fun.
Terminator Map: Iceland 1 game of 6 players Last man standing wins.
I reserve the right to refuse an individual from participating in my tourneys, but you have to really upset me for it to take place, such as deadbeating in other tourneys of mine.
