nacmonkey accepted second invite, fydorm did not.

fydorm is eliminated from the tournament, Eternal Shadow is activated to replace him, deantursx goes on the list as first reserve.

Game 9199986 is the only round 2 game still running which still contains freemium players. Thus, it is conceivable, although not extremely likely, that we will be able to start the next round tomorrow. If it doesn't happen tomorrow, it will not happen until the weekend, because I will be out of town from Wednesday to Friday.

All freemiums have been eliminated from the four active games remaining. Also, my trip out of town has been cancelled. Therefore, I will try to get the next round going today or tomorrow.

FYI, there are no scores showing for the end of round 2 games.. not sure if this means that they all haven't finished yet, or if you forgot to put the info in.

mrsuper11, tnekzai, and nacmonkey missed their first invite. Re-invited. If they miss their second they'll be out.

(Several) edits: mrsuper11 has refused his second invite. Activating deantursx as a reserve. nacmonkey accepted his second invite. tnekzai did not. mwaser has agreed to join as a replacement.
