Comments:
Throughout the whole game neither has attacked each other or to break any bonus of the other even when they only have 1 on each region. they have systematically removed all others with or without men on borders. but these two have had plenty of time to prevent the other from becoming dominant but have left each other alone when they have regions on the map in the way of each other and pose a threat to the other being inside there main area of control. I have had to fight off there combined attacks only on me and i am not even half way as strong as either of them.

I have gone through the entire log and out of 21 rounds orange has only taken 1 region from pink to complete a bonus that pink let him have. It was a 8 player game but they worked together to remove all others and break all other bonuses except theres.

you dont get to round 21 having 95% of there borders shared between them with only minimal troops and many rounds with none to defend without hitting each other.

pink has also missed 7 rounds and yet orange still has not hit him.

Both should be banned and removed from the game as there is a clear cut case of secret diplomacy here if ever i have seen one and i have played this game for many years.

It will be ruled upon soon enough. Just because a Multi Hunter hasn't posted in here doesn't mean they aren't looking into the case.

Whoever said they are going to let them cheat? The multi Hunter said he's LOOKING INTO THE CASE. You need to be patient. The Multi Hunters don't have an infinite amount of time on their hands to do this, considering they are players on this website too, and have personal lives.

Its been 3 days! and now because nothing done the winner is the cheat, so yes he learnt something there didnt he! In fact he learnt its ok to cheat as he can get away with it.

Like i said after these games its goodbye for good and forget about prem ever again. Its now the Principle of it and letting it go on.

you do know it takes more time than just a simple look into the game? The Multi Hunters check to see if they have played more than 1 game. if they have, they check those games too.

Who says he won't learn? He STILL MAY GET A WARNING for this. Oh, also, 1 case of Secret diplomacy DOES NOT result in a ban, just so you know.

jaruler is familiar enough with the SD process or at least he should be seeing as he has some personal experience with it.

This is the only game in which the two have played, and it requires time to intrepret the moves made. What you see as an obvious alignement of 2 different users could just be two seperate styles of gameplay or lack of tactical knowledge.

If their can be reasoning behind moves made, no matter how bad you think they are then we give way to the benefit of the doubt. Now when there is mountains of evidence of 2 players playing in cahoots with one another its a different story. From what I have looked at on this case it isnt enough to warrant anything but suspicion, and no disciplanry actions will result except maybe a warning.

Regardless, games arent deleted. Review the rules, or other posts in here. This is how buisness is conducted. It doesnt mean that we condone cheating, but its not feasible to delete and reset points and ham this and that out cause one player in a mulit player game is cheating. Their are too many moving parts. We monitor, we investigate, we deliberate, and we enforce the rules. If you are a violator of them it will be known sooner or later and you will be held accountable, which at the most can be dismissal from the site. ES will get back to you shortly on his verdict. In the meantime with all games, try to win, or do your best. You cant control if people cheat against you to win. You cant control someone elses moves, or their tactics. It gets frustrating at times that the obvious best move for all isnt made, but tis war. Foe them and move on.
