Question about getting banned

I tried using the search but didnt find an answer to this even as it is a rather simple question, so here we go:

One of my friends (nublet11) just got banned, probably for multi-accounting (which isn't true, it's just that we had an agreement I will take his turns in freestyle games when he has to be away for at least a day, and thats not exactly against the rules). I looked at the cheat report forum and there was nothing about him there, so it must've been the CC routine scan... my question is, can his account be reconciled? He's a free player and hasnt played for more than a few weeks, but he still wouldn't like to start over. Is it possible to contact some kind of support about unjustified bans?

if he got banned, then he would have recieved an email or pm that explains how he can appeal the call to ban him. This does happen often enough. It is also possible he created another account and got banned justifiably..
