Suspect users: dugcarr1

pm me to let him have access to my account to bring down blitzaholic. He was even trying to buy me off. In the general forum dugcarr1 has admitted to doing this,
I am willing to let any mod check my inbox for proof of the pms
here is how I believe he was breaking the rules of CC
1.Any form of collusion between opponents must be announced beforehand in the game chat. It is obvious dugcarr would not have announced what he planned to do
2.Cheaters detract from the gaming experience of all Conquer Club players. His actions are certainly trying to cheat.
3. Made threats against me if I did not keep this to myself.
4. proactive measures are employed to enforce fair-play. his actions prove that he intended no fair-play
5. 13. Can I make an alliance or truce with another player?
The short answer is yes. But you must first announce the truce/alliance in the in game chat.
I am sure he had no intention of announcing he was duggcar1 instead of me!!
I believe whole heartedly that dugcarr1 was trying to cheat so
I think someone is cheating and has broken the rules, what should I do?
If you feel someone has a secret alliance or has multiple accounts, follow the instructions in the thread at the top of the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum.
I am asking that action be taken...
