Blue with Asia, Green with Australia, and red with part of Africa, all well defended except where the 3 touch in a free for all. I think he has a good secret diplomacy case here.

thanks for the current game screen shot.

yes this looks to be a cut and dry case of secret diplomacy. especially since it is a terminator game and the points of blue are up for grabs but neither red nor green are making a move to take the points.

I would check the gamelog, my friend. Green and I have been back and forth in Central Africa. Then he took a large amount of troops in South Africa off me. I have been the only one attacking yellow and trying to keep him at bay.
I don't know what your gameplan has been, but don't get upset because you're in a bad position. If I remember correctly, you were in a good position to take blue out too, but green attacked you.

Because we play a lot together, I know how McClutchy thinks. He's leaving me alive so I can cause trouble up north. Taking me out would just spread him thin. I'm not attacking him, because if I do, I'll take away his motivation to let me live.

On top of that, I have taken him out of Australia earlier in the game. One screenshot in time does not reflect the whole dynamics of the game. As Killyp mentioned, you should check the entire gamelog.

No joke, the accusation has been made, a good one at that, so let it be and let the hunters come to a conclusion.

Yet there was the need to come in here and start trying to accuse him of Secret Diplomacy?

If you want to do that, open a different thread.

when my brother was accused of being a multi i was about to go in there and yell my head off. I realized that if i wanted to help i should of stayed out of it. you should just sit back explain your side of the story then back off. the more you talk in it the more it seems like you should be banned

I just want to point out some things that I see.

If leaving 1 borders is secret diplomacy than according to the screen shot codland should be accused also. He has a 1 border with blue from Alaska to Sakha.

murphy16 wrote:Blue with Asia, Green with Australia, and red with part of Africa, all well defended except where the 3 touch in a free for all. I think he has a good secret diplomacy case here.

Again looking at the screen shot red did have his borders defended, at least where the amount of troops let him. In central Africa it looks like he was trying to protect the orange area and not worry about the pink area. Not attacking blues bonus would be a concern and the same with green. He only had one 1 border and that was with blue also.

I don't see how either green or red could take out blue, it doesn't look like either have enough troops to accomplish a kill. Why go for a kill if you don't think you can make it? Maybe in earlier turns they might have been able to make a kill.

That being said it is hard to prove secret diplomacy and I don't believe there is enough to warrant a warning so I am going to NOTE this report.

if you looked at the game log you would see how it was a clear case of secret diplomacy but hey whatever, obviously no point bringing any thing to attention.

Given that you didn't provide any evidence of actual diplomacy its hard to see what more ES could have done. He's noted it in case of further complaints, so it wasn't just cleared. He won't just unilaterally ban players without evidence.

And wouldn't taking each others bonus be counter productive when there are stronger player on the board.

I have said this many times but I believe this is as good a time to say it again. Just because someone doesn't make an attack that you think they should, or that you think you would have done does not make secret diplomacy.

I did look at the game log and did not see how it was a CLEAR CASE OF SECRET DIPLOMACY. You the accuser should try to provide as much evidence as possible. Just saying the didn't break each others bonus isn't enough. I put more of an effort to explain why I didn't think there was diplomacy then you put in to your complaint. I only have the game log and screen shots if provided, you were in the game make some effort to convince me as to why they should have been warned.
