Do you have friends? Family? Married? A job? People are the influence over how ANY decisions are made - whether or not the experience is good or not, in the end; this is how we go about our lives. For example; if you play sports as your profile states and you're playing pick-up basketball and it's supposed to be a friendly game and there's no one you know, but some dude constantly elbows you and there's a lot of dirty plays and when you questions him, he responds by saying it was not intentional - yet it continues to happen. Are you going to go and play again? Possibly not. No one is making the decision for me. Ultimately, it is to see what kind of RESPONSES are generated here. To see if people have matured, if there's positive feedback rather than negative one's, to see if it's worth it for me to spend $25 for a "membership". It's a test.ljex wrote:you should come back if you want to and leave if you dont, why have other people make your decisions for you
The other Canadian players are drinking beers, playing hockey, building igloos and building their vocabulary other than saying "eh"? Myself included.Master Fenrir wrote:Because the other Canadian players think it's aboot time you came back.
I realized my previous post was kinda stupid, so i edited it to specify my opinion on the matter. CC hasn't really changed much in the past year, there are a few more features but the basics of what cc was a year ago are still here from a gaming perspective which is the only one that matters if you are talking about buying premium.owenator wrote:Do you have friends? It wasn't stupid. It was just an opinionated response. It wasn't spam/troll that I'm used to seeing. Which is why, I provided a neutral response. It's all good. And again, the experience that I had with CC before I left was a negative one. Dare I go into what "perks" there are in buying a premium membership? I think a lot of my peers and many who do have paid memberships will also have strong opinions as to what they think the "special advantages" that a premium member would have over those who don't. Thanks for your clarification and response. It is much appreciated.ljex wrote:I realized my previous post was kinda stupid, so i edited it to specify my opinion on the matter. I beg to differ..eh? I will watch hockey, go ice fishing and freeze my ass off..but I am still here.. you should come back, after all the sexiest clan on cc is after you...owenator wrote:The other Canadian players are drinking beers, playing hockey, building igloos and building their vocabulary other than saying "eh"? It was kinda stupid, you weren't saying you were going to let people decide for you but more saying give me advice so you could make a more informed decision.owenator wrote:It wasn't stupid. You should come back because we need another old-timer whining about the streaky dice all day long.owenator wrote:So, I'm thinking about coming back from my 1 year hiatus/retirement - not that anyone cared, myself included. I can just only imagine how many douches are going to troll/spam and write something totally irrelevant to my posting. That said, I'd love to see the (positive) responses. And special shout-out to my namesake owenshooter to even remotely think of a comeback.
p.s. to the idiots (new/old), don't try my patience. I won't take any of your bullshit and you know who you are.
