I was rated all 1 *'s by this player and tagged as a bully and a suicider. This was in a 1v1 game where all we did was exchange greetings in game chat. I pm'ed him to ask him to take back the rating but no response so far.

Quick update on this guy:
1. Check the ratings he has left others - either all 1* (by far the majority) or all 5*.
2. I was left all 1* for this game in which I was also tagged as a bully and a suicider - A suicider in a game I won.
3. I mailed him asking to retract the rating and received this response:

While that's all well and good, what does it do for the people he's rated 1*?
I'm playing speed games for my gold medal and the number of bullshit ratings is incredible. Surely if you warn someone it's an indication that their ratings are unreliable? What's the value in the warning if the ratings aren't retracted?

From my limited knowledge, I think it would take a ton of work to go through and remove each rating, time much better spent busting multiple accounts.

Meh. I don't think so. Wipe the ratings left by the player.
