New player looking for parter maybe start a clan

Looking to start a clan, maybe just one person and look to expand. Preferably someone near my ranking. Im pretty competitive and always looking to win looking for same.

Yea im looking to start playing more team games, looking for a partner first, dont want to play with random people

Just a word of advice. I would recommend playing team games once you find some regular partners. Then join a clan to be understand what the responsibilities are, ect, before starting your own.
