I interpret this as abuse of the game which is against the rules. That's why I reported it. You don't even deny that this is abuse of the system, you just claim that because others do it you should be cleared.

Way to find an old thread and take a post entirely out of context in order to justify your cheating.

I know you've got plausible deniability with the whole "we just find games we like", but you joined those games because there was only a new recruit in them. End of story.

Let's take a step back real quick and take a breath of fresh air.

While Pander's approach to this argument may have not been the best way to handle it, the comments are so minor that they're only worth noting. If we had to report and punish everyone who's said anything more harsh than that, we would ALWAYS be busy over our heads. For the minor things like that, the best advice I can give is to shrug the small stuff and move on.

Moving back to the issue at hand, there have been many precedential cases which have all been deemed legal on the site. Such cases are those of Gen.LeeGettinhed and Emmdizzle to name a few. For clarification as per the Community Guidelines:

Major/Severe Infractions are those that are more than just annoying, but are intentionally hurtful to a user, group of users, or the community in general. This includes but is not limited to: Cyber-bullying/Harassment, Bigotry, Personal Information Abuse, Account Sitting Abuse, Intentional Deadbeating, Repeatedly Holding Players Hostage, Serial Teammate Killing, Hijacking Accounts, Systematically "Farming" New Recruits, Gambling, **Point Dumping** and **Illegal Point Collecting,** etc.

The "New Recruits" part is there to designate them specifically, so we have two games where they joined a game against a new recruit listed. Taking into consideration ONLY new recruits, there aren't enough games to warrant that this be treated as such. You may view this as an abuse of the game, and you are entitled to your opinion, but it isn't CC policy as I've stated and won't be enforced anytime soon to my knowledge. A Multi-hunter may be able to elaborate more on this for you if needed, but I don't see much more that can be said.

And I do apologise for the way I handled the report - the OP rubbed me up the wrong way because he accused my good friend Deli, when he was only in 2 of those games and hasn't ever played with us before in these games!! Certainly he can never be accused of any wrongdoings, good as gold he is

Being completely honest, we didn't even twig that 2 of the games were against NRs. We generally target games where the opposition will be disorganised (thereby giving easy wins). While many people may see this tactic as cheap, until we're told otherwise we will continue to do it. It's just as bad as what a lot of other players do to earn easy points (e.g. speed freestyle singles when you can make about 10 attacks in 2 seconds, or inviting low ranks to join your quads freestyle team and then reaping the greater points reward when you get the inevitable win... like Ljex does...)

Just checked my map rank, and apparently I'm an Equalitarian (0.867). I'd say that, for someone of my rank, that's a pretty good indication that I'm not a farmer, and that I DO mostly play games against players of a similar level to me.
