very strange how my tourny privs haven't arrived yet.... i've sent 2 pms to AK and he hasn't replied yet. so much for 24 hours

ok i have tourny privs and the games are up and running. check your PMs for passwords.

Please note the following:

this is a concept tourny. it should be good but i am planning to make another one that is larger to bring in the maximum number of kills goes through better. 6 players would make this more effective in some cases.

if you are not premium then can you just join the games whenever. there is no rush. try to see which of your group's games have players and join those so they get going.

if someone from your group is taking a long time and isn't joining please pm them and post here about it

ok 3 of the finalists have been decided its just down to group 4. once all games are finished finalists will be pmed the game number and password

once again it was an epic battle between 4 very good players as the third and final game of the tourney round was played. Although all players showed promise, one player went above and beyond what was asked of him, and set a goal for himself - Conquer the globe

Standing in his way, were 3 other fine opponants (Serbia, hwhrhett, and last but certainly not least, Coleman)
john1099 quickly learned that these players also were aiming for the same goal, and the only way that he would triumph would be to eliminate all the players in the game. First man down was Coleman. John had a tough time taking him out, but with the luck of a cardset, Coleman was no match for the ALL MIGHTY JOHN

After Coleman was eliminated, John wisely turned his sights on hwhrhett. He made a double eliminated that turn, thanks to a double cash worth 22

. After that, it was learnt that his final remaining opponant, Serbia, was probably going to be his toughest! Serbia, who had been building up his armies, had already taken Austrailia, and was holding Siam, with a nice 26 man force. John, noticing that Serbia had 5 cards !!! did not wish to disturb the men laying dorment on China and india, because he knew if he cashed for 15, and had 26 armies, Serbia would make quick work of the game. Being such a great guy, John thought "hmm, maybe i'll let those be, so that he can have more territories" which turned out to be a smart plan! When Serbia cashed and moved his men to break Johns bonuses everywhere, it seemed that there was hope for Serbia afterall, but a quick cash for 20 proved to be too much for him, as this was the last step in Johns master plan, to kill all. After cashing, John quickly drove Serbia back into Austrailia, and finished him off next turn !
Coming to a conclusion, the host of the tourney, who is a cool guy, will probably not read that entire long story about the game, if he does.. wow, someone actually read my work! Anyways, this is the stats for those who dont have time to read all of that.

Therefore, after 3 games.

john1099 has eliminated 6 players
Coleman has eliminated 1 player
hwhrhett has eliminated 0 players =( (Tough luck man!)

Good series guys, hope to play with you all again, bad dice resulted in poor results for you guys, and i had some very lucky roles.. Good luck in future games.
