squishyg, whakamole, Sirmium Samurai winners!!

Hey all. I have taken over JoshyBoy's TPA event due to...well...I just am.

This is not open to new sign ups, but everyone that signed up earlier is in still. Same rules apply. If you have any questions I will try and answer them as best I can.

This is a Tournament Players Association (TPA) event, and is governed by its rules, guidelines, and judgments. Check back on the TPA scoreboard in the Tournaments--> General Info forum to see how you're doing.

Why is it called this, you ask? Simple.
Triple - Triples Tournament (obviously... 8-[

)
Threat - It's all on random maps (this could be very threatening!)
Terror - Foggy

Now seeing as this is a special occassion I'm going to try and make it all inclusive meaning that yes, even if you do not have a premium account, you can still play! However, you will need to make sure you bring some team mates and most importantly keep three game slots free! This might be a big ask, but if you want to play, you will have to do it!

The format is simple, as it is a best of three straight knockout.

The settings are sequential, escalating, auto, foggy (of course)

You may only sign up if you are in a team! I will not sign up individuals.

Just curious, the old tournament had this juicy little bit for us freemiums...is it still valid?

Oh, and as an added incentive, any freemiums that successfully make it to the semi-finals will be awarded several months of premium!

Also, is there an approximate ETA on the tourney starting? We're holding open our slots, but if it's going to be a bit....

There won't be any prizes donated by me...all my money is tied up in groceries. So sadly no...this option is no longer valid.

It will start as soon as I get all the setting for the teams. I am still waiting on four teams.

Because previous organiser is an irresponsible douchebag. And you with your team are close to getting that title because failing (dropping out) an organiser who puts his time and effort saving somebody's tournaments is very careless.

What do you mean you don't know what happened to the last one. Did you not bother to read the thread? It was clearly stated that the TO of that one, JoshyBoy, was banned from organizing because he abandoned too many active tournaments. Normally that would mean that a tournament would be just moved over to canceled but since this one is a TPA event the TDs have allowed us to move things over for keiths to rescue.

Keiths tried to keep things the same but lets be honest, there is some lag in this one due to JoshyBoy's incompetence and many people were not wanting to join due to the freestyle format. Keiths, after consulting with myself and the TDs and in an effort to get this moving switched the format from freestyle to standard in an effort to move things along. If playing sequentially is too much for you then by all means drop out.
