You can still contact us even without creating a new account. Whether you didn't know about the rules or about the ticket system, it is still not right to make a new account or even excuse you for your secondary account because you just wanted to contact us or state your side.

It seems to me that an obvious place to look for assistance with an issue on the site is the big tab on the front page (and every page) that says HELP on it. Maybe that's just me. as his brother i can testify that the moment buddysystem found out about the e-ticket he created on from both of his accounts and received the response of "dont even bother getting premium"
