CHANGE DUE TO PURE MATH

At the moment you are all in QR2.

Since there are a lot of new players I have to change a few things.
Everybody that wins a game in QR2 will move to semifinals,
all others will play one more round of qualifications QR3.

Winners of QR3 move to semifinals (total of 16 players).

Winners of QR1 also go directly to semifinals, and those are:
Qyu
bruno fountain
Nothappy
Jakes1

4 winners of semifinals play in finals.

So you have two chance for semis.

Games are on page 4.

STALEMATE RULE STAYS
All games that go to round 50 may be voted on by all players. A unanimous agreement can end the game in a stalemate (for tournament purposes, it will obviously still go on) and a rematch will be played. round 75 will require 3 people to want a stalemate. 100, 2. and 125, 1. And 150, I will automatically make a rematch.

TFK's Europa Tournament

Game Type: All games are on Europa, 4 players (with the Special Qualifying Round possibly being an exception), standard, automatic, sequential, no spoils, unlimited reinforcements, with no fog of war, and casual game speed.

Qualifying Rounds: At first there will be two qualifying rounds that are 4 player games. If you win two, you move on to the next round. If you loose two, then you're out. If you win and loose, then you will play in the...

Special Qualifying Round: This round is a mystery (even for me ). It will have the same game type and everything, but the # of players in your game will all depend on how many people have to play in this round and how many spots they are competing for (I'll have to do a bit of math here but I think I'll manage ). If you win here then you're in with everyone else (who will have a buy for this round).

Semifinals: Normal round of four player games.

Finals: Another normal (unless you count the fact that it will consist of only the most skilled RISK players) round where the winner of this game wins it all.

This tournament thread has not been visibly updated in a while. By “visibly updated” I mean that the thread has not been bumped for at least 2 months by posting a new post or reply.

We routinely check the last few pages of the “Ongoing Tournaments” Forum for inactive tournaments. If your tournament thread is on those last pages, we have to check to see if your tournament is still active, which can be quite a lot of work.

Please help us in our quest to find inactive tournaments and update your thread regularly and then also post that you have updated it (if your tournament is still active). This will get the active threads and tournaments bumped to the first page, and significantly lessen our workload of checking for inactive tournaments.
