Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Day 2
Just as most people find their way back to the meeting place Gatsu launches a heavy accusation against Aagetamori, he claims that he has unequivocally found that Yabu is acting against the best interests of the town, then he asks the rest of the town for input on this matter. The rest of the town, however, seems paralysed, perhaps the events of the last day and especially this morning has had a heavier effect on the villagers than it first seemed. Even Yabu himself seems slightly lethargic in defending himself, preferring to talk more about the death of Tailzo, seems like it still weighs on his mind for whatever reason.
Eventually Lala utters an agreement with Gatsu and Ictorizu seals the deal. The villagers have decided that Aagetamori is guilty. Yabu is also given the chance of performing seppuku, but he claims that his honour doesn't need cleansing. Therefore it is decided he will only perform seppuku in the symbolic manner.
Before the punishment can be carried out however someone notes that Kenta hasn't showed himself at all in the past two days. In the excitement this had somehow slipped the villagers mind.
As they visit his household Kenta's wife announces them that her husband was called with urgent business to the north. The head samurai notes however that it is not proper for the Ryutaro household to have no voice in this critical moment for the town. After a few moments of thought the head samurai decides that the eldest son Shino Hana Ryutaro will assume his father's role for the purpose of this crisis.
As Shino is brought up to speed on the happenings of the last few days, and he vehemently states his agreement with the ruling regarding Yabu, the latter is prepared for his death. Since Sullimoto had sealed the fate of Yabu, it is decided he shall act as Yabu's second.
Yabu, kneels, a fan placed in front of him while Sullimoto takes his position behind. Yabu, once more looking almost indifferent picks up the fan, thus signalling he is ready. Sullimoto doesn't waiver a second and with a slash of the sword cuts everything except the first centimetre of Yabu's throat which causes his head to now hang from the flap of skin and rest on his chest. A perfect execution.
As Yabu's body is taken away the villagers start heading towards their houses once more, a fresh trail of blood matching Tailzo's marks that in Sanmatsu-mura the executioner can quickly become the executed. Doors will be securely locked tonight, that much is certain

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Night 2
Btw, by the start of Day 3 I'm pretty sure the story for this will be longer than 10k words in total.
If this'd had more players i probably could have entered NaNoWriMo just with the final story

Great, guys, you just lost the monk... Good job.
Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Night 2
Wow, you really have no class Aage. Not only breaking the rule about deadposting, but trying to fool the town and gain an advantage by "revealing" a role in a game where roles are hidden? This is the kind of BS that warrants a blacklisting IMO.
Sorry for the night posting, had to point that out.

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Night 2
He gets 1 post-mortem post.
And you can reveal/lie about role names, if he had revealed/lied about role mechanics it would have been a problem.
So I'd say it's ok.
Edit: I'm tired, yeah, you're not supposed to reveal anything of substance in the post-mortem post.Mentioning "monk" is something of substance but not quite enough for a black list i guess. Still, *slaps Yabu's soul* naughty, naughty.

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Night 2
The sun rises once more, unaffected by the dramatic events unfolding in Sanmatsu-mura.
A good while after the darkness has dissipated people start unlocking their doors and cautiously tending to their daily rituals. Fear is still very much in the air.
Eventually the remaining heads of families gather in the meeting place. To everyone's relief, no one is missing this morning.
The head samurai announces the meeting has started once more.

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Day 3
OHAYO!
Well, no blood was spilled tonight, three theories: scum tried to kill a protected target, someone roleblocked the right player, or Aagetamori was the one scum able to kill, which would be quite nice but I won't put my money on it... At least we shouldn't be at risk by a wrong lynch because of that.
What worries me more however is that I was unable to get an investigation result. I can't well give the whole context but it sounds like I was able to investigate, just that I was unable to get info. Someone that can't be investigated doesn't sound very good to me, but I guess it could be for any reason. Ando-san, may we hear an explanation?

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Day 3
Yikes... What to do? NO ONE VOTE, PLEASE. We all have to be extremely careful with our votes, as scum could easily cast the lynching vote.
-Sully
If you were unable to get an investigation result, it seems likely you may have been the one roleblocked. It also seems likely that scum tried to kill you last night, but someone protected you. Using those assumptions, between Shino and Ando, one of them is a doc, and the other a scum roleblocker, as I am neither.ga7 wrote:OHAYO!

Re: Sanmatsu-mura - Day 3
The thing is it really depends on how Haggis adapted to flavour my action, because it really didn't sound like I was simply roleblocked, and I'd assume I would have gotten a clue of that if I was simply immobilized or prevented to investigate, so it's kinda weird... Well I just hope they'll be able to tell us more.

maybe if you told us who you investigated that could help us figure it out?

I see Sullimoto-san is not the only one to forget his name

I know sullimoto-san requested no one to vote but i find Ando san too fishy and since doesnt even remember her own in game name, what chances do we have of her offering a plausible explaination without a bit of pressure Vote Andoga7 wrote:OHAYO!

Oops about forgetting my name
Okay, I dunno why you weren't able to investigate me... it doesn't make sense with my end.
But the results of my investigation could have been complicated on your end if you had gotten them?
But I do have one theory.
Maybe you needed to be contacted during the night to be able to investigate successfully?
If you know what I mean.

Hmm well I'm not sure why you didn't keep contacting, but I have a feeling you won't say more about it. I'm very surprised but we'll see tonight.
I think we should just go no lynch at this point. No one has any info, we can't risk to take a shot, and it bugs me to know absolutely nothing about the three of you
Vote No lynch
