Comments:First of all 82% turns taking is self explanatory
Second: His user name "Cheeto" hmmmm pretty suspicious

Like I've posted many of times in several forums before, there should be a system in place in C.C. where anyone with less then 95% turns taking should be automatically KICK OUT!
I understand stuff happens, and you may miss a few turns here and there, but Come on 82% of turns taking, that's pushing it.

thx for your time mods

There have been and will continue to be cases where someone that normally keeps 60ish games active for one reason or another loses access for a few days and deadbeats everything. It's not common, but it does happen with legitimate causes. Thus an auto-kick for dropping below a certain activity percentage is not practical.
IF such a system was implemented 95% would be too harsh a cut off point. 90% perhaps is reasonable, that would stop the extreme cases.

can you please explain to me how naming yourself after a popular snack food is suspicious? perhaps he should have gone with chester cheetah? i don't see the correlation between Cheeto's and cheating. if you can explain this, i'll be full on board with your complaint...-the black jesus

Pretty suspicious of what? Seriously...this makes no discernable sense.

You're going to need to provide some evidence of this. Do you have any?

What I actually find bothersome about this user (and something that you didn't mention at all, for some strange reason) is that they appear to play almost exclusively team games. You'd think an individual with such spotty access would understand that he shouldn't be screwing over teammates and stick with individual games.

agreed maybe 95% cut off point might be a bit extreme, but there has to be 1 to deal with the one's who purposely do deadbeat.

thus being said; there's always a way to get a Babysitter for you're account, most legitimate players do. Now if you have 60 games going on at the same time, I'm pretty sure you're experienced enough on how things work here on C.C. and you're responsible enough to get a Babysitter, and care about your rank, ratings and turn %.

this is the year 2010, there's internet access litterally almost everywhere in the world, library, cell phones... as if you can't pm a friend to help you out for a while. That's a Bs excuse in my books.

Cheeto is a Super Mario Character : it means :

His name a pun on "rip-off" and "cheater."

http://www.mariowiki.com/Rip_Cheato

all he or she did is change the "a" to an "e"

and yes, I failed to mention he or she plays a lot of team games, and deadbeating can screw your 'legit" teammates, but can also give you an advantage if you're a multi right?

No, it's not b.s. Early on in CC I'd just started teaming with a bunch of people, had created a bunch of games, but knew no one enough to give away my password.

I was a little too busy trying to survive to worry about whom I could call to take my turns on CC.

My attendance dropped, as did my score. I've picked it back up now, but

There are legitimate reasons someone's attendance can drop.

As to the original suspicion? Looking at those games, Cheeto doesn't play consistently with - or against - the same people. So, if he's a multi, or cheating, who's consistently getting his points?

I agree, 82% attendance is pretty gross. If I noticed that, I'd probably not join that person's game.

Dude like i said, shit happens and i understand why people miss turns, that's not the point.

glad you survived from the crash, you obviously had a legit reason for missing turns and did the right thing once you where well enough to play again and gave an explanation to your teammates right? That makes you a legit person and an not a cheat!

Also, Cheeto is not a new player he joined :
Sat Jan 20, 2007 9:47 am so you're telling me in nearly 3 years of being a member this person completely clueless, and does not have 1 friend in C.C.?
Seems to show up whenever is convenient, then disappears for a long period of time.

In my view, that's actually a fact in his favor. If he's gone that long and not been found as a multi, he most likely is not.

He's probably someone that just likes to play and doesn't really give a care at all if he wins or not.

I don't particularly understand that perspective (I'm a competition junkie), but I can at least rationalize it.

Intentional deadbeating happens more in 1v1 speed games. In my opinion it is when a player gives up playing in a game, usually because they are losing and continues taking turns in other games that are ongoing.

Clouded_cleeto is CLEARED. It looks to me like he keeps trying the site and loses interest that is why he is being kicked from his games.

Ok, but I hope you gave him/her a warning, not continue these cheap tactics, no one likes a deadbeat.

If I had given out a warning I would have stated that. No warning was given.

95%? Yeah they would do it if they wanted to take people's money. Some people leave a come back and pay and since they miss alot of turns there % drops
