US and US Puppet Nations Walk-Out of UN Speech

Post by saxitoxin »

According to British official state media, BBC, the US and their puppet states walked-out of Iranian President Ahmadinejad's speech today at the United Nations General Assembly. The US delegation was joined by their 32 subsidiary countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia and every EU nation, including fictionally neutral Sweden, Finland, Austria and Ireland.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-11402101

As by cue, the US delegation stood and left when the Iranian president began speaking. Delegations from the puppet states followed the US in lock-step, as their orders demanded.

The world's independent countries - Russia, India, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, South Africa, and more than 150 others - sat politely unafraid and allowed their viewpoints to be challenged and hear diverse opinions.

During his campaign, the pig Obama said he would meet and discuss differences with the Iranian president and "we don't need to be fearful of the rantings of somebody like Ahmadinejad." Nonetheless, Obama's flunkies scurried like frightened rabbits from the General Assembly chambers, frightened at knowing that ideas are a more powerful weapon than western artillery and bombs.

Saxi - I'm disappointed in your analysis.

1. Amawhoever is a propagandist and it was on cue to make a statement that we don't buy his hate and with good reason.

2. Those countries are not our puppet countries, though there's certainly always an element of give and take when it comes to diplomatic relations. Also in general I'd have to say I have much more respect for the countries that walked out then the ones that stayed.

3. The power of their word is not more powerful than our bombs and artillery and it never will be. But the power of their propaganda may end up being more powerful than our political equivocating.

4. Obama kissed Amawhoever's ass hardcore once and got burned already. If he didn't meet with him it's because he realized he didn't like his rim. Certainly Obama will still claim to want diplomacy at every turn though. He's a good talker for those of you that love superficial b.s that tickles the ears.

A point of order: They did not walk out when he began his speech; they walked out when they heard the translations of some lame Truther diatribe.

Thus proving beyond a doubt that even the Obama Llama himself does not believe that President Bush deliberately caused 9/11.

Are you a 9/11 Truther Saxi? Are you? Answer the question! Do not wait for the translation! Answer the question!

I'm not a truther, but I'm pretty sure Obama has a stake in reinforcing the plutocrat agenda of "9/11 was turrists" in order to justify further conflict in the Middle East.

Just sayin'.

I saw that that the guy in the beginning was Adlai Stevenson, but I couldn't tell who the guy who made the speech afterward was who talked about if a Cuban missile hits the Western Hemisphere, the US would retaliate?

I dunno, I don't usually take this side but I think I support their actions. Sounds like he was wasting their time with propaganda and conspiracy theories.

I'm sure they see speeches made by Western leaders which decry the growth of nuclear technology in Iran in the same way.

Yes, a waste of time. They needed to get to Kohl's for the 48-Hour Sale. Who cares about war in the middle-east when Kohl's is offering 80% off men's and boy's fleece pull-overs?

SRSLY, though, they have nothing on their schedule this week but attending the General Assembly. The walk-out was for the benefit of the cameras only as they all receive a copy of the speech in advance. Ergo, the walk-out itself was an act of propaganda ...

1. Filthy

2. Western

3. Propaganda

Fine fine, but you can call anything propaganda. Politics are all a big show anyway. At least Obama showed a little testicular fortitude this time.

The fact that the US allows him to enter the UN via our airports is a travesty.

Hey, you know what's even more interesting and telling about this? There was applause from Ahmadinejad's speech, and although the Fox News article doesn't mention who or how many, they didn't say it was a few (otherwise it would have only been in their advantage to do so).
http://liveshots.blogs.foxnews.com/2010 ... -new&order

Interesting, huh? That's a strong indicator of the political global climate on its feelings towards the USA. And Iran doesn't hold sway over those countries that stayed, but seeing that the USA holds a lot of those minor nations by their balls through economic recovery and aid deals, they had no choice but to leave.

OHH, the global chess pieces are MOVING!!! How low can America's credibility in the eyes of the world go?

Simply put, I disagree. He continues to promote the fantasy of the Middle East and only pays lip service to the real problem that faces the Middle East. The problem has never been about "land" or a separate "state." The problem is that there is an organization (Hammas) supported by a major nuclear power seeking nation (Iran) with one sole purpose - the complete extermination of every Jew in the Middle East. To this end they will sacrifice and screw their own people. The fact that there are still many states in the Middle East who are not all together completely opposed to this New Holocaust (which for the most part they have given up on because they suck) and have influence in the UN doesn't help the problem any.

The US and other Western delegations walked out in protest during a speech by Iran's president at the UN, in which he said most people believed the US government was behind the 9/11 attacks.
I'd walk out too. 9/11 truthers and Holocaust deniers are the greatest threats to America. oh, and Hitler too.

Russia Today reports on the massive propaganda campaign the U.S. government has launched in New York to discredit the Iranian president.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgQzGYrjA1w

The propaganda campaign has been launched through a joint U.S.-Canada backed front group "United Against Nuclear Iran." Supposedly a grassroots outpouring of average citizens opposed to "Iran" the board of directors consists of Clinton's retired CIA director Woolsey, former Canadian Attorney-General Cotler and George W. Bush deputy campaign manager Mark Wallace. Funding to purchase ad time has been provided by major U.S. and Canadian corporations, including defense manufacturers.

As evidenced from posts in The Club, the front group has been successful in their fearmongering and propaganda efforts on behalf of the pig Obama. This will help smooth the transition to war.

Ok, think very carefully...

From Iran's perspective, would it be worth it for them to nuke Israel? if yes, why?

Mentality of the Globe:

Pink = We Are Afraid of Hearing Opinions Different Than Our Own; We Know That Words Are Stronger Than Weapons and It Frightens Us (Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Latvia, Greece and 32 Other Client States that Ran, Trembling, in Fear Out of the UN)

White = We Are Confident Enough in Our Own Views That We Can Hear Different Opinions and Not Be Frightened They Might Change Our Mind (Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, India, Mexico, Serbia, Ukraine and 150 Other, Independent Nations that Spent 29 Minutes to Listen to a Different View)

So words don't frighten theocratic nations (like, for example, Iran)? Just wondering, because, you know, I can't just go there and say whatever I want. At least that's what I've heard. But it could just be propaganda.

In any event, I propose an amendment to your map to account for countries that punish speech that is disagreeable.

Nicaragua's a client state? Weird. I mean, if I could be a Sandinista I'd be scared of the US too. But I thought they were better than me.

That should have been Costa Rica. :( Ol' Saxi is too old to color those little countries ... a slight shake and you end up making Nicaragua into Costa Rica or Slovenia into Croatia or Australia into the Pacific Ocean. :|
