3 New Tourneys With Prizes

This message is for xigames members and pledges. If you are not one and would like to be one, please post/repost in our "Welcome Wagon" forum at xigames and we will get you upgraded.

Xigames will be hosting 3 tournaments in April. Registration will begin today and will run through March 31st. All games will be played on the classic map with classic rules, standard scoring, adjacent forts, sequential turns, escalating card sets. The tournaments are as follows.

A Non-Premium Tournament for single players. This is for any member or pledge who does not have a premium account at Conquer Club. The prize is a free year of premium account.

A Sponsored Tournament for doubles teams. This is for one member/pledge and a potential recruit to xigames. The prize for the member/pledge is the Hasbro Risk Library game board. The prize for the recruit is automatic membership at xigames.

A Risk II Tournament for triples teams. This is open to teams consisting of atleast two xigames members/pledges and any recruits. The prize for each member of the winning team is a copy of the Risk II CD.

It is open to everyone wanting to become a member of xigames, that's why I posted it here.

So then it's not open to everyone then, is it? If you want to recruit, please post in the callouts.

I'm not sure if this will be allowed to be a CC-sponsored tourney with privileges, since it's restricted to clan or wannabe clan, that's up to IC to decide. But nonetheless, if anyone is interested in these games, please PM the person above or post in your clan forum. Thanks.

Even though it's a clan tourney and should really be organized over at XiGames since it is only for your members or pledges, I'll allow it.
But you could post this in the XI Games usergroup so that you can post the passwords to the games without worrying about outsiders joining your games.

yes but only if you go to the welcome wagon and introduce yourself to the guys on xigames. then you'll become a pledge.

Can premium members with only a little time left on their premium accounts join the non premium tournament in hopes of renewing their premium?

if your premium expires in march i think you can join.

Yeah, I am extending the expiration period to April cause it wouldn't be right to limit you while you wait till the tourney is over, but you have to win to begin with.

o really? nvm then. I remember joining XiGames, forgot about the no clan policy.

How about if I wasn't in a clan? Would an august expiration still work?
