Revamp "Far East"



There has been talk in the foundry about the possibility of revamping the Far East (Asia) map. Some people feel nostalgic, and do not want to see this. Others have pointed out the serious flaws that it has, and are eager to see a revamp. The main flaws, besides the poor graphics are, some territs are touching other territs, that they are not actually connected to. There are army numbers over the top of territ labels etc.

So my question to the wider audience out here in Suggs. is this, Would you be in favor of seeing a revamp of this old classic, or not.

• Maybe if there is call for this, we can get to work on a Revamp competition or something.

From what i remember, if you want a revamp of a map, you take it up in the foundry discussion.

Yeah we talk about such things there, but this poll is to specifically see what the wider audience out there, thinks of this idea. It seems so far to say that people DO want to see this revamp. That is what I am interested in here. Not what the Foundry thinks, but what the people want. If it happens to be a run away poll, then maybe the Foundry will consider it.

What exactly do you have in mind ? How far would you tolerate ?

I personally like that map, I think I would still keep a more classic type visual like Natty's.
