what clan would i qualify in? i want to join a clan in the Clan League 3.

I don't know if they will apply or make it in, but maybe try a new clan like KOTF.

The fact is most clans are looking for premium players and some experience at team games. You are not premium (are you going to be?) and you have a 38% win rate in only 56 team games.
