im not wrong simply as there is no rule he has broken....
The argument is to create a rule...something that is over my head....
I was very right in clearing him at that time...If you actually read instead of trolled you would of saw that im very for this being abuse

lv you closed the case before all the information had been posted look at it this way

you have a player that was forum banned for harrassing the cc comunity.

the invite system got changed.

he is using the invite system 2 harass the cc comunity

this new thread that you are classing the same as the other is not the same because he has started inviting people that have told him that they do not want 2 play with him. this is rule breaking.

ow yes and i am trolling ok which one of these am i doing

* Posting controversial or irrelevant messages or topics with the intent to provoke someone else into a pissing match, emotional response, flame fest or to generally disrupt the discussion, community or user is not cool. Prompting or provoking others to do that is just as bad.

ok my posts are on this topic and like another mod said i am alowed my opinion that you were wrong in clearing the first case
* Don't provoke others into a flame fest, this won't be tolerated.

i am not provoking a flame.
* Don't ever post personal information of other users. Anywhere. Ever. Even if they already posted it somewhere else. This includes posting personal information about a CC user on another site, you will be held accountable here.

not done this
* Don't de-rail topics, don't spam them, don't flame them, don't bait them, don't drive a topic into a negative spiral.

this one you might say i am doing but am following other posters in this thread about the admins inability 2 follow there rules and back them up
* Don't flog a dead horse. If a discussion is over, it's over. Screaming louder, more or in a different place is not going to change the answer already given. If you think the answer was wrong, PM an Admin. If you think the admin is wrong, then this probably isn't the right community for you.

lol and this one this is the correct comunity for me and all other posters in this thread and we are all saying as a comunity you are wrong. and need 2 stop this player and others in future

* If someone is trolling or baiting, don't fall for it. The best way to piss off a troll is to ignore them. They are just sad little children who don't get enough attention from their mothers and so are trying to get it from you. Ignore them and it will hurt more than any "zing" you might come back with.

There is little that is more annoying than a troll. This will get you removed from the CC community quicker than almost anything else.

now it is obvious you are not going to budge on this case so how does the comunity deal with it.

ahhh that is correct we block all invites. yes change are settings 2 not allow invites.

what will this accomplise.

clans would be affected

tournement organisers would be affected.

this might even get to the point that players wont use clans or tournements.

which will in effect lower this sites rating of top risk online site.

Eddie for Christ's sake learn how to use the quote button. I am baffled at how many times our sentiments align when you are clearly unable to articulate arguments in the simplest fashion, surely I am not wrong but to be supported by a moose makes me hesitate.

Not possible. You can see if he's reading this FORUM, but you can't tell if he's reading a particular thread.

(Granted, he almost certainly was reading this thread, but I wanted to explain that part.)

LV cleared the first report to reflect the title of that thread "Re: Klobber misusing the invite system to farm." Since farming refers to new recruits, he got cleared of it.

Updating the Title of this report to reflect the ongoing investigation and case for this possible Game Invite Abuse.

Sorry if someone else has already posted this one, but perhaps our boy slipped up?
Game 7521050 features a new recruit, General Gecko, under the fourth reservation slot. Can you guys bust him for farming now?

#-o
That's a shame. I have no screenshot either, didn't even think to make one. Still isn't this all getting a bit absurd now? The guy is obviously abusing the system. I'll add my voice to the chorus I suppose.

no, the other case is closed, this is a fresh thread about a similar yet different offense... either way, it is an entertaining read and i'm actually learning some nuances about the legal breaking of the rules on CC... odd that in some instances they will banish people for breaking unwritten rules, yet in others they so quickly state that what the person is doing is not against any rule and they can't punish the person. fascinating...-the black jesus

Game 7491579
"KLOBBER was kicked out for violating the rules"
Not sure what happened exactly, but looks like some very decisive action has been done.

Damn, KLOBBER was kicked from the game I was on his side in... we were almost certainly going to win too :(
And he wasn't busted for this. It's not for me to say what he was busted for, but I will say that it wasn't for "Invite Abuse", so please continue to make your voices heard in suggestions if you want a proper ruling on that issue!

Lol I'm in Game 7496796 and KLOBBER was "eliminated for violating the rules" as soon as the game started. Plus for me, I guess.
