• This will help us better understand time better on this site which is valuable for figuring out when someone was last online or when they had their turn or when certain things in the Game Log occured in relation to the present time etc. etc.

you see the time that someone was last on the site based on your time, not theirs. so if you see they were last one at 11:30 then at 1130 your time. this way everyone see's it in terms of their time instead of having to convert from site time to local time.
