I Would strongly advise against any warm up games unless your team are all premium members.

Passwords to remaining games and passwords will be issued in the next day or two to all captains. Then captains (once their team is in place) will pass on the pw on June 9th

The competition kicks off in 4 days..

Yes, the webpage...

http://ccwc.collegecrossfire.com/index.htm

...will have updates of game results. It also has all the fixtures info contained within the info of the various stages (click the group stage link at the top).

A maybe silly question... will all 3 games start at same day? Because my team has non-premium players. If so, let us know urgently.

Its all fairly flexible. I tried to get games filled up early with one team - so some game will be able to start as soon as possible.

If your having trouble filling the game because some of your team aren't premium members - just pm the captain of the team you're supposed to be playing and put him / her in the picture.

Please fill the games in order 1,2,3 as the game style for each increases the speed at which a game should finish in, if your team is struggling for slots

(This has to be a first - Brazil are panicing before a world cup :D )

That wallchart is rather spiffy, but inaccurate.

Considering we are playing 3 games and not a direct knockout maybe someone could fix it.

Positive: Great guy, will always play to his best. Honourable and fun to play with as well. You know you're in for a rough time playing mrdexter :) Game 31384 Haydena
Positive: Mr D is the golden child of CC, if we had to elect a king he'd get my vote! Game 76700 silus

We have our first winners, game 27190 SouthAfrica/Singapore beat USA 4.

They started early by the way. Most first games should be kicking off today, tomorrow or the next day.

Good luck to all.

Yeah, there was some mix ups over pming the captains of groups E and G, but it should be sorted now, or in an hour when I go offline anyway.

Two results are now up, with more to follow shortly. See the webpage http://ccwc.collegecrossfire.com , to keep up to date.

Also captains please remember to post your results to this thread:

http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2055

We'll be checking the games anyway, but it makes us more efficient if you post there.

Playing two at once is not a problem, in fact I'd expect most teams to be doing so during the group stage. The main problem is game spaces for non-premium players.

I stopped joining games for that reason. We're just playing the 1 game though, for some reason.. And now it'll be over within 24 hours.
