can we have a active game chat page for the world cupv allowing flames against other teams for fun

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

Im sorry, but i have to point out that this has a very very low chance of being implemented for two reasons

1 Its a tool for flaming.
2 World cup only lasts a month. It would be a waste to code this just so it could be there for a month
