Bold the name Neutral Player in game logs *Done*

Concise description:
Help more clearly display when someone conquers a territory from the neutral player by simply bolding the name Neutral Player in the game logs.

Specifics/Details:
Sometimes you go to read the logs to find out what exactly has taken place, you look at the map, see that activity has occurred, then look at the logs to see who lost/gained what. Normally when you look it over it's clear in the logs that someone conquered territories from the neutral player, but if you're playing in a large game, or maybe a freestyle game, it can be harder to see it when you're just haphazardly scrolling through the past turns events to see activity.

So what i suggest is make the logs display the Neutral Player name in bold, like it does for the actual players themselves.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
IT would allow for people skimming their game logs to see when the neutral player is involved in an attack.

Neutral probably doesn't need a color, other than Black, but bolding in the game log I like.
