Change the way to see partial ratings[Poll added]

Concise description:When you don't rate a particular skill in ratings,instead of showing 0 stars says something as no rated


Specifics:

• Instead of showing 0 stars as no rated,than is better that is written
• Or...in the explanation of how ratings works(when you are going to rate) explain that 0 stars equals to no rated
• Usually 0 stars is the worst case therefore the confusion

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• People that thinks that 0 stars is the worst thing of will understand that when they get 0 is because is not rated not because that the other player though he was bad in that particular aspect of the game
• People that thinks that will put 1 star when they mean it and 0 no rated.As many people think 0 stars is the worst they rate it like that.Now when you see 0 stars you can't be sure if the other player did because he though you were horrible in that aspect or because they didn't rate it

The rating scale goes like this:
0 stars = N/A
1 star = very poor
2 stars = poor/below average
3 stars = average
4 stars = good/above average
5 stars = very good

Leaving no stars or no rating is often the most misunderstood thing. A 0 star or no rating is not a blemish on that user or his overall rating score. It is treated like a not applicable.

Well,the old rating would also change. The only thing that would change is that instead of showing 0 yellow stars,you'll see No rated.
