couldnt find anything else to show it as clearly... theres one somewhere with the Union flag instead of the stars and stripes, which in my opinion looks better... but i think the design of it difffers aswell

lol...it's a figure of speech in the US meaning "nearby" or "in range"...not to be taken literally as "town". The same could be used in New York, even though it is not a town either.
